"I made reservations in advance on line. I accidentally put the wrong check in date. When I called the day before our stay I realized my mistake. I called the hotel. They charged me for a no-show. We have stayed there three consecutive years in a row and even though I reserved the wrong check in date (one day off) they did nothing to compensate me and were adamant about charging me for a guaranteed reservation. I don't even think they were full occupancy either day. I will not stay there again."
